Acquisition of the TSF Engineering Pty Ltd and National Engineering Pty Ltd

Acquisition of TSF Engineering Pty Ltd by Envirozel Limited - we negotiated this acquisition on extremely favourable terms for our client.

Shortly before we successfully completed the acquisition of National Engineering, which is another steel fabrication plant based in Young, rural NSW.

Our role in this transaction was that of lead project manager as well as principal corporate advisor.
