As part of an equity restructure for the company, Kennedy Needham provided an expert valuation using several methodologies including; discounted cash flow and capitalization of future maintainable earnings. We presented our valuation in a report which presented the final fair value range and also assessed the industry and company attributes effect on the valuation.
